For the first time when i ran the media creation tool every thing was good till 96% of download but suddenly the window disappeared automatically. Now in the $Windows.~WS folder you find source folder if you don’t find the Windows folder that means your download is not complete. You can do this by folder properties option in organize tab as shown above. first you have to make sure that any folder in the root drive is not hidden. In the root folder you can see only $Windows.~BT because the $Windows.~WS folder is hidden.
